Taliban website hacked as Afghan cyber war heats up

Reuters :: Hackers have for the third time in less than a year crippled the main website of the Afghan Taliban, with a Taliban spokesman on Friday blaming Western intelligence agencies amid an intensifying cyber war with the insurgents.

90,000 military emails leaked after Anonymous attack

ReadWriteWeb :: Dan Rowinski, RWW, published the news that on Monday morning "hacktivist" group Anonymous would be releasing results of an attack it made on the intelligence community compromised of government agencies around the world like the CIA or Mi6 in the United Kingdom and the companies that support them. Anonymous targeted consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. The first wave of results have just been released, which Anonymous is calling #MilitaryMeltdownMonday. Seems that they gained access to 90,000 military emails.

The authenticity of the emails is unknown for me so far.
